These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KestrelFoot (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

KestrelFoot is an AI-powered football scouting platform that helps users research, evaluate, and compare players using publicly available information and AI agents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and Authentication

Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Club plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal at the prices listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Free Plan and Advertising

Free-plan users may see third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) within the Service. Paid-plan users do not see advertisements. The Free plan includes daily limits on certain features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

The Service uses AI agents to compile and analyze information from publicly available sources. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for material decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content and third-party data), is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
